Position Summary:

This role will support scalable new customer acquisition across Paid Search, SEO, and Publisher Affiliate channels. The position is execution-focused, operating in close partnership with external agencies and internal cross-functional teams to drive efficient growth while maintaining performance targets.

Responsibilities:

Paid Search (SEM):

  • Collaborate on Paid Search strategy across Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube) in partnership with external agency
  • Manage day-to-day agency execution, ensuring alignment on budget pacing, creative priorities, testing roadmap, and efficiency targets
  • Build and own the Paid Search roadmap, including keyword expansion, query mining, negative strategy, bid optimization, and segmentation
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging search trends (AI-driven search behavior, evolving SERP formats, PMax advancements, YouTube scale opportunities)
  • Partner with Creative and Ecommerce teams to develop and test high-performing landing pages and search-specific messaging
  • Drive a structured testing agenda across ad copy, audience targeting, offer strategy, and landing page variations
  • Monitor nCAC, MER, and blended efficiency metrics to ensure scalable, profitable growth
  • Proactively identify scale opportunities while protecting acquisition and contribution margin targets

SEO & Content Strategy:

  • Own the SEO execution roadmap in partnership with the SEO agency, aligning content and technical initiatives to new customer acquisition goals
  • Define and evolve content clusters and pillar strategies to capture high-intent search demand and build topical authority
  • Prioritize mid- and bottom-funnel content opportunities that drive revenue, not just traffic
  • Identify technical SEO gaps and partner with Engineering and Ecommerce to improve crawlability, indexation, site performance, and on-site conversion
  • Execute on-site optimizations (PDP, PLP, blog, internal linking, structured data) to improve organic visibility and CVR
  • Track and report on SEO's impact on new customer acquisition, revenue contribution, and blended CAC

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in performance marketing, SEO, paid search, or growth roles, ideally within DTC, ecommerce, or consumer brands.
  • Proven experience managing or partnering with external agencies across SEO, SEM, and/or affiliate channels.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth, not just traffic or engagement.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong working knowledge of Paid Search (Google Ads, PMax, YouTube) and SEO best practices (technical, on-page, and content strategy).
  • Experience with keyword strategy, query mining, content clustering, and funnel-based content prioritization.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize toward performance metrics such as nCAC, MER, conversion rate, and blended CAC.
  • Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and testing plans.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Creative, Ecommerce, and Engineering teams to improve landing pages and site performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and execution quality.
