We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Crab Shaker to join our seafood team. The Crab Shaker is responsible for preparing, seasoning, mixing, and packaging seafood boil bags while maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards. This position works in a fast-paced environment and helps ensure customers receive high-quality meals quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare seafood boil bags according to recipes and customer orders

  • Shake and mix seafood, sauces, and seasonings evenly

  • Cook and portion crab, shrimp, crawfish, and other seafood items

  • Maintain cleanliness of cooking and prep stations

  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

  • Assist with stocking supplies and ingredients

  • Ensure orders are accurate and completed on time
