Job Description

About the Team:

Supervise production schedulers and customer service staff to ensure accurate planning and scheduling. 

What you can look forward to as Customer Service & Scheduling Supervisor:

  • Interface with customers regarding shipment and delivery information.
  • Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in customer service activities.
  • Responsible for direct supervision of the customer service team, including the creation of work schedules according to budgets and workloads.
  • Report the customer issues affecting delivery metrics to internal management.
  • Maintain SAP data relevant to production scheduling (scheduling agreements, master data, etc.)
  • Interact with internal and external customers to aid in the resolution of issues.
  • Assist in SIOP process as required.
  • Occasional travel for customers requires business conferences.


Your profile as Customer Service & Scheduling Supervisor

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in Customer Service or Material/Production Planning
  • Strong communication skills are required, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in software including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and SAP.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
     

The expected base compensation for this role is $85,000 - $95,000 annually.  Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
