Day to Day Responsibilities of Role:
Mail intake, document review & scanning/data entry; Receiving incoming mail. Sight determination. Sort and scanning for electronic delivery to the proper recipients. Responding to emails and messages regarding special mailing requests. Bundling outgoing mail to be shipped by outbound mail department.ย

Job Summary:
Responsibilities:ย
โข Open, sort, count & batch inbound paper claims from the mailย
โขScan all inbound paper claims into Imagenet scanning softwareย
โขLog & scan all inbound Certified mailย
โขProcess all inbound files that are received from various departments to ensure that they are properly filedย
โขDelivers quality work under pressure, with the ability to meet deadlinesย
โขScanning, naming of documents received by various departmentsย
โขData entry of scanned documentsย
โขQuality control checking of scanned documentsย
โข Ensure claims are received and sorted correctly for scanning, and batch and track all offline, deleted, and pulled claimsย
โข Understand and follow procedures and continuously monitor counts in the system queues to ensure the system is working effectivelyย
โข Update the claims control sheet in an accurate and timely manner and report unresolved discrepancies immediately to the supervisorย
โข Process outgoing mail and archive various documents, records and requestsย
โขMay be required to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
