Records Center Scanner / Document Processing Associate

Now Hiring: Filing Clerks โ€“ Overnight Shift!

Midway Staffing is hiring dependable and detail-oriented Records Center Scanner / Document Processing Associates for a large-scale document conversion project in Santa Ana, CA. This position involves retrieving records, preparing documents for scanning, operating scanning equipment, and maintaining document integrity throughout the digitization process. Candidates must be comfortable working in a records center environment while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Planned Start Date: July 2026

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday 6:00 PM โ€“ 2:30 AM

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Duties: Retrieve files and records from storage shelves Prepare documents for scanning and digitization Operate document scanning equipment Verify scanned images for quality and completeness Organize and return files to designated locations Maintain document integrity and confidentiality Follow document retention and records management procedures Meet established productivity and quality standards Perform general document handling and processing tasks as assigned

Requirements: Previous warehouse, records management, scanning, clerical, or administrative experience preferred Comfortable using scanners and computer systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Comfortable retrieving files from shelving up to approximately 7 feet high Ability to lift and move boxes and files as needed Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
