Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and mental health screenings through virtual consultations to evaluate patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention remotely, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, while employing effective therapeutic techniques.
• Facilitate online therapy groups and workshops aimed at personal development and coping strategies, ensuring a safe space for clients to share experiences and learn from one another.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals and community resources, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Engage in proactive mental health outreach initiatives, including conducting virtual seminars, to build awareness and reduce stigma around mental health issues in diverse communities.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHRs) in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Active licenses such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in the state of California.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in understanding mental health issues prevalent within remote patient populations, especially in the context of online interactions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and collaborate across a diverse team of healthcare providers.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
