Job description

Accounting Runner / Document Scanner

We're looking for a dependable, detailoriented Accounting Runner / Document Scannerto support our Accounting team across multiple dealership locations. This entrylevel role is ideal for someone who enjoys independent work, staying organized, and helping maintain accurate digital records.

Responsibilities
  • Scan and index accounting documents into the CDK imaging system
  • Organize paper and digital files for compliance
  • Pick up and deliver documents between DeMontrond locations
  • Assist with clerical tasks and follow detailed procedures
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and travel locally between stores
Preferred Experience
  • Automotive dealership or accounting department experience
  • Familiarity with filing or documentmanagement systems
Experience
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
