The Scan & Data Entry Clerk for HR and Payroll plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee records and payroll data within the organization. This position involves the meticulous scanning, organizing, and digital archiving of physical documents related to human resources and payroll functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering data accurately into HR and payroll systems, supporting timely payroll processing and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. By maintaining up-to-date and error-free records, this role directly contributes to efficient HR operations and employee satisfaction. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage sensitive information with confidentiality and work collaboratively with HR and payroll teams to support organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in data entry or document scanning, preferably within HR or payroll environments.
