Data Entry Clerk

Senior PsychCare has an immediate need for a Data Entry Clerk. The Data Entry Clerk is an Entry-Level position within the Patient Intake Department and is primarily responsible for downloading HIPAA-protected information.

Basic Responsibilities

  • Scanning documents into electronic format or filing paper documents into storage systems
  • Entering data into computer databases and maintaining records of stored files
  • Reviewing documents for accuracy and ensuring they are ready to be uploaded
  • Maintaining the security of confidential information by following data security procedures

Qualifications/Requirements

  • PC desktop proficiency required
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work as a member of a team
