About the Role:

The Human Resources professional will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive workplace environment across our United States operations. This position is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. The role requires a strategic mindset to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and engagement. Ultimately, this role aims to attract, develop, and retain top talent while supporting a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in human resources or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR.
  • Experience working in a multi-state or national organization.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Advanced skills in conflict resolution and employee engagement strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and manage the hiring process.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management, conflict resolution, and career development.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and prepare reports related to HR metrics and compliance.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness.
