Position Overview

The SAP NS2 HCM Project Manager provides effective leadership for Federal and/or Department of Defense cloud migration initiatives. This role is critical to the success of customer cloud transformation journeys. The SAP NS2 HCM Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages stakeholders, and ensures alignment with NS2’s PMO standards and delivery governance while driving successful adoption of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership

  • Lead NS2 Cloud project implementation initiatives for US Federal and/or DoD clients using established SAP methodologies
  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, and quality to ensure successful delivery
  • Establish and maintain project governance frameworks and communication channels
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to maintain project health
  • Mentor and lead cross-functional teams responsible for delivering project outputs
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodology practices
  • Document and communicate lessons learned to enhance enterprise knowledge management

Customer Engagement

  • Serve as the primary project contact for customer executives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide regular status updates and reporting to all stakeholders
  • Manage customer expectations and satisfaction throughout project lifecycle
  • Support transition to operations and post-go-live activities

Sales Support

  • Assist with RFPs, RFQs, SOWs, and proposals for cloud migration initiatives
  • Participate in solution design, scoping, and estimation activities
  • Support the positioning of additional SAP NS2 Services with existing clients
  • Collaborate with Solution Center and Bid Management teams to develop proposals
  • Participate in customer-facing presentations and demonstrations as needed

Technical Leadership

  • Drive the adoption of Clean Core principles and SAP AI technologies
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to translate business goals into technical strategies
  • Ensure proper implementation of SAP methodologies and best practices
  • Facilitate resolution of technical challenges throughout project lifecycle
  • Oversee integration with existing systems and technologies

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of project management experience, including experience leading at least 2 SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HCM SaaS implementations
  • 5+ years of experience working with US Federal Government (DoD and/or Federal Civilian)
  • Minimum of 1 or more Federal projects completed (DoD and/or Federal Civilian)
  • Experience leading cloud migration initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of hybrid and cloud implementation scenarios involving SAP products
  • Demonstrated expertise creating and maintaining project deliverables including charters, plans, status reports, and budgets

Preferred Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Talent, Learning, Recruiting)
  • HR domain experience and familiarity with HCM processes and best practices

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, or Information Technology
  • PMP certification required (or commitment to obtain within specified timeframe)
  • SAP methodology certifications desired

The targeted annual combined range for this position is 151900-340900USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
