Position Summary

SAP NS2 is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects that support business and technology objectives. This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedule, risks, issues, communications, and deliverables while ensuring alignment across stakeholders and project teams. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with both technical and business teams. This individual will drive project execution from initiation through completion, maintain visibility into project health, and help ensure successful delivery through strong coordination, communication, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of projects from initiation through delivery and closure.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

Communicate project goals, objectives, timelines, and status to stakeholders and team members.

Track and control project progress, including scope, schedule, risks, issues, and changes.

Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technical, and testing workstreams.

Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder updates.

Develop and maintain action plans for issues, risks, dependencies, and change requests.

Support budgeting, resource planning, and project documentation as needed.

Ensure adherence to PMO standards, project governance, and delivery methodologies.

Escalate blockers and variances appropriately and help drive resolution.


Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of project management experience, including ownership of projects from planning through delivery.

Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders.

Working knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.

Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing technical, software, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise application projects is preferred. PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Azure DevOps is beneficial. Experience working in regulated, secure, or compliance-driven environments is also valued.
