Job Title: Project Manager – SAP Planning
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (onsite)
Duration: 2 years with extensions (depending on performance)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate SAP Planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, hands-on familiarity with SAP environments _(prior experience as a functional consultant), and the ability to effectively manage project schedules, stakeholders, risks, and delivery milestones.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Utilize Jira for project planning, backlog management, issue tracking, and status reporting.
  • Facilitate project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and change management activities.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP Planning solutions (SAP IBP, SAP APO, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, or related planning platforms).
  • 6–8 years of Project Management experience delivering technology or enterprise application projects.
  • Proficiency with Jira for project and workflow management.
  • 1–2 years of prior experience as an SAP Functional Consultant or SAP Developer.
  • Strong understanding of SAP architecture, modules, integrations, and overall SAP landscape.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
