Job Title: SAP Payroll Lead โ€“ SAP ECP Implementation
Location: 90% remote and 10% travel to IL
Duration: 6 Months Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Lead with strong expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and end-to-end SAP Payroll implementations. The ideal candidate will lead payroll transformation initiatives, drive implementation activities, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of SAP Payroll solutions across global or US payroll environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation projects.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP Payroll solutions.
  • Configure and support SAP Payroll, including payroll schemas, rules, wage types, PCRs, and functions.
  • Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
  • Integrate SAP ECP with SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management, Benefits, Finance, and third-party payroll systems.
  • Manage payroll data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Coordinate with functional, technical, integration, and testing teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Support payroll parallel runs, cutover planning, go-live, and post-production support.
  • Troubleshoot complex payroll issues and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership.
  • Work closely with project managers to manage timelines, risks, and deliverables.
