Summary:
Provides technical support for enterprise applications to ensure business continuity.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, perform routine maintenance, and updates. Communication with Tokyo Head Office development teams.
Skills:
Knowledge of ITIL, strong analytical and communication skills.
Better to have Salesforce product knowledge or Credit application experience.
