  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, partner engagement, and marketing activities.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, account plans, and customer records within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with regional sales, channel, and technical teams to support customer requirements and achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct customer meetings, business reviews, product demonstrations, and follow-up activities via phone, video, and email.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Opengear solutions, customer use cases, and competitive offerings to effectively position value.
  • Continuously identify process improvements, business opportunities, and ways to contribute beyond core responsibilities.

Who You Are and What You Bring

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, prioritize activities, and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with global teams.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in one or more APAC languages (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Bahasa, etc.) is a plus.
