Job description

Sales Representative - California Focus


Location: Remote, California-focused; travel as needed

Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 base salary plus bonus TBD

Schedule: Full-time


We're expanding our North American presence and are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to develop new business and grow key customer relationships, with a strong focus on California-based accounts. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a background in plastics, injection molding, industrial automation, AI-enabled smart appliances, connected devices, or smart-home manufacturing ecosystems.


Key responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across California and broader North America

- Build relationships with AI-enabled smart appliance, connected-home, plastics, injection molding, and industrial automation customers

- Collaborate with technical and quotation teams to deliver tailored solutions

- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close

- Maintain accurate territory plans, account notes, and pipeline updates


Qualifications

- Proven B2B sales experience in resin, injection molding machines/molds, industrial automation, smart appliances, AI-enabled appliances, connected devices, or related manufacturing ecosystems

- Established customer network in relevant industries, especially California-based manufacturers or OEMs

- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets

- Comfortable selling technical solutions to procurement, plant, engineering, product, and ownership stakeholders

- Willingness to travel as needed


Compensation

- Base salary: $90,000-$120,000
