Job description

Language Requirement: Japanese

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm

Salary: Base salary 50k - 55k + quarterly incentives

The Account Executive plays a vital role within the sales team, focusing on acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts to drive revenue growth. This role involves regular client interaction through weekly check-ins and requires frequent travel to support sales efforts. The Account Executive leads sales presentations and implements strategies for cross-selling and upselling products, ensuring strong customer relationships and accurate sales reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients to expand the customer base
  • Manage existing accounts to maximize revenue growth
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to clients
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Conduct weekly client check-ins to ensure satisfaction
  • Focus on product-specific sales, cross-selling, and upselling
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports
  • Travel frequently to meet clients and attend sales events
