Sales Coordinator - Davie, FL

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Data entry experience required
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

This role is designated as Hybrid which will follow the WM Office Policy requiring in office work and an option to work remotely one day per week.

I. Job Summary
Under direct supervision, assists in administering the sales policies and procedures, and provides analytical and statistical support for the Sales Manager.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 

  • Coordinates Sales programs and acts as a liaison between Sales and other departments.
  • Performs basic clerical and statistical reporting for Sales on a daily basis. Provides detailed reports to the sales force on ranking, and monitors rankings on a monthly basis.
  • Heavy data entry. Must be proficient on various systems and accurate. 
  • Reviews system changes and preparation of mail campaigns and endorsement agreements for National Account Programs.
  • Processes sales rep's paperwork.  Does various functions for the sales reps.
  • Taking sales rep's calls to assist them.  May need to call a customer for clarification or more information in order to process paperwork. 


III. Qualifications 
A. Required Qualifications 
 

  • High School Diploma or GED or High School Equivalency (accredited).
  • 2 years previous work experience (in addition to education requirement).
