Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a CRM Data Specialist to join the team at our Cincinnati location in a hybrid work environment (combining in-office and remote work 3 days in office / 2 remote).

Responsibilities:

This role reports directly to the Product Manager of Business Intelligence and CRM. Role is to maintain and clean up OL’s CRM platform as well as facilitate the data being entered/imported into CRM. The CRM Specialist will work closely with marketing and sales to ensure the CRM platform supports both the sales and marketing strategies. In this role you will:

  • Perform administrative work in the MS Dynamics 365 customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Assist the marketing department with delivering campaign automation through MS Click Dimensions.
  • Filter and clean data and review data gathering process to improve data integrity.
  • This role maintains all records, fields, forms, etc. within CRM.
  • Audit workflows and processes to ensure continuous functionality. 
  • Train/onboard new employees on how to use the CRM platform.
  • Identify opportunities and provide recommendations.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong understanding of data management, data quality, and database structure
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets.
  • Demonstrates urgency and attention to detail to manage the integrity of the CRM data.
  • Interest in growing your skills in marketing analytics and CRM strategy
  • Ability to problem solve without guidance and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
