We''re seeking an early- to mid-career professional with approximately 1-5 years of experience administering CRM platforms, managing data quality, and supporting business users. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their expertise in CRM strategy, marketing analytics, and business intelligence within a collaborative and growing organization.
Please note, this role is 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

About the Opportunity
Vaco is hiring a CRM Data Specialist for one of our clients in the Cincinnati area. This organization is experiencing continued growth and is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support and optimize its CRM platform.
This role will work closely with sales, marketing, and business intelligence teams to ensure CRM data accuracy, improve data processes, and support marketing automation efforts. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, maintaining system integrity, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and reporting.
Responsibilities
The CRM Data Specialist will be responsible for maintaining CRM functionality, ensuring data quality, and supporting users across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
