Position Summary
The Data Entry Intern will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate corporate records in our internal databases. This is a temporary, part-time internship with a flexible schedule designed to accommodate academic commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Input: Accurately input and update high-volume information (e.g., client profiles, financial records, operational logs) into company databases.
  • Quality Control: Review data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • System Maintenance: Assist in organizing, digitalizing, and archiving physical documents into secure electronic filing systems.
  • Reporting Support: Help compile and format basic data reports for management review using Microsoft Excel and proprietary software.

Qualifications amp; Skills
