Job Summary:
Infojini Consulting is a full service IT consulting, services, and staffing firm with a strong customer base including government and commercial clients. They are seeking a CRM Specialist/Architect to work on Dynamics CRM Phase II, focusing on automating processes related to permit groups, invoice management, data transfer, and report creation.
Responsibilities:
• Completing the Permit Group Status Plugin - Automatically generating invoices and requirements when the permit groups are set to complete status.
• Invoice Paid Logic - This status is vital in the operation of the system as the current plugin logic checks for invoice status for several reasons in the Permit Group Status Plugins and can even delete invoices if they are not properly marked.
• Data Transfer – Transfer all data via Scribe Insight jobs
• Permit Impacts - Auto-generate permit impacts from request impacts to prevent users from having to double enter this information.
• Debiting Credits – This step replaces the functionality of the ledger spreadsheet and automates its function.
• Online Invoice Payment – Enabling customers to make online payments.
• Report Creation
• Additional Tasks to Include Cleanup and Refinement of Database
