About the job Data Entry Specialist
We are looking for a dependable and detail-focused Data Entry Specialist with 2-3 years of relevant experience to support our growing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for processing, organizing, and maintaining large volumes of data while ensuring accuracy and consistency across company systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational skills, and takes pride in producing high-quality work with minimal supervision.
Primary Responsibilities
Input, update, and maintain information in internal databases and business applications with a high degree of accuracy.
Review incoming documents and records to ensure all information is complete before data entry.
Identify inconsistencies, duplicate records, or missing information and resolve them promptly.
Maintain well-organized electronic files and documentation for easy retrieval.
Perform routine audits to verify data accuracy and ensure records remain current.
Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and summaries using Microsoft Excel and other office software.
Work closely with team members and other departments to gather or verify required information.
Process confidential information while following company privacy and security policies.
Scan, upload, and archive documents in accordance with established record management procedures.
Complete assigned data entry tasks within required timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications
