What makes You an ideal candidate? 

  • Working knowledge of Agile/SAFe Lean enterprise concepts and best practices and how they are applied
  • Good understanding of Dealer Service's operations
  • Advanced SFDC knowledge and hands on creation experience with objects, fields, flows, Lightning components, SFDC Clouds and Communities
  • Knowledge of account management systems, primarily Provenir, CPW, AutoSuite, AutoIMS, and DealerSource.
  • Experience working within a matrix organization, collaborating with business stakeholders, user experience teams, project managers, product managers, developers and others
  • Detail oriented with a keen focus on accuracy and effective reporting
  • A change agent; progressively challenging the team to continuously improve

Additional Knowledge and Skills

  • Working effectively within an AI enabled environment:  
  • Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work
  • Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
  • Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights
  • Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation
  • Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection 

Work Experience & Education 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2-4 years of advanced experience working in the SFDC CRM platform required
  • Salesforce.com Certified Administrator required

About the role: 

The Salesforce Analyst II will serve as a partner with business representatives at all levels to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. This team member will be vital in recommending process enhancements and automation opportunities to optimize productivity and maximize ROI. Additional responsibilities include defining, prioritizing and documenting requirements to address business opportunities. This person must demonstrate a strong ability to create business requirement documents/user stories, participate in requirement gathering sessions, create QA test scripts and facilitate QA testing. This person must be skilled in delivering solutions using declarative configuration to create validation rules, flows, sharing rules, Lightning components, and understand technical requirements and functionality. This team member will be responsible for ensuring the security of customer and business data by utilizing Salesforce tools and following data privacy procedures.

In this role you will:

  • This individual facilitates all stages of a project, from requirements gathering through testing and training
  • Build and foster relationships by displaying industry knowledge and expertise in the Salesforce.com platform
  • Analyze business processes and champion the ability to provide process solutions to increase accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and reports to provide information for summaries, presentations, and reports
  • Create functional business requirement documents/user stories 
  • Keep abreast of SFDC features and functionality to provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Strong experience in user interface configuration, data transfer and cleansing via APEX Data Loader and SFDC Import Wizard
  • Participate and facilitate Agile related ceremonies such as scrum, sprint planning and refining meetings
  • Use declarative Salesforce skills to build and maintain flows, validation and sharing rules, and page layouts
