About the Role

The Salesforce Analyst plays a key role in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing our Salesforce platform to meet business needs. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, design practical solutions, support releases and changes, and provide ongoing user support. The Salesforce Analyst will also help manage platform administration activities, data quality, security, and third-party applications that support the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role reports to the Director of Enterprise Application Development at our Corporate office. We seek a detail-oriented professional with strong Salesforce knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.


What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify business requirements.

  • Analyze current business processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions.

  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical resources to ensure solutions align with business needs and platform best practices.

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce using declarative tools, including custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and reports/dashboards.

  • Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot functional issues, and coordinate resolution of more complex issues with technical teams or vendors.

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing/security settings.

  • Support data imports, exports, audits, cleanup activities, and overall data quality/governance efforts.

  • Assist in planning, testing, coordinating, and supporting releases, deployments, and change requests related to Salesforce enhancements and production support.

  • Support third-party applications and integrations connected to Salesforce, and work with vendors as needed to troubleshoot issues and maintain service continuity.

  • Create and maintain functional documentation, process documentation, training materials, and user guidance.

  • Partner with stakeholders to promote user adoption, provide training, and improve overall platform usage and efficiency.

  • Support ongoing enhancements and small-to-medium projects, including timelines, priorities, and coordination across teams.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.

  • Proven experience working as a Salesforce Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or similar role, supporting business users and enterprise Salesforce implementations.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce core platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud) and how they support business processes.

  • Hands-on experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions.

  • Solid experience configuring Salesforce using declarative tools, including:

  • Custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts

  • Validation rules, flows, approval processes, and reports/dashboards

  • Experience managing Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing/security models.

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce data management, including data imports/exports, data quality, and governance best practices.

  • Ability to analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements using Salesforce capabilities.

  • Experience supporting integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems and data exchange concepts.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot functional issues and partner with technical teams on complex problems.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities and supporting ongoing enhancements.
