Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, SAP integration, and Commerce Cloud to lead enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will design robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions across Salesforce clouds while driving seamless integration between Salesforce and SAP systems to support commerce, customer, and operational workflows.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead the design of scalable, secure, and high performance Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
• Create architectural diagrams, integration patterns, and technical specifications.
• Architect and govern integrations between Salesforce and SAP (ERP, ECC/S4 HANA), covering:
o Customer/Material master data
o Order-to-Cash flows
o Pricing, inventory, and availability
• Real-time and batch integrations via APIs, middleware, or ETL tools
• Strong expertise in data modeling, data governance, integrations, security, and analytics, with the ability to define scalable data strategies that support enterprise-wide Salesforce implementations.
• Lead large-scale data migration initiatives, including extraction, transformation, mapping, and loading.
Define auditability and reconciliation approaches for critical data flows.
