What you'll be responsible for
The Membership Sales & Retention Specialist will engage with existing members and prior members through proactive outreach calls. You will be responsible for strengthening relationships, renewing memberships, and identifying opportunities to enhance member value through FoundersCard's suite of benefits and experiences.

This is a high-energy, performance-driven role requiring daily outbound engagement, expert product knowledge, and a consultative approach to customer success.

What you'll do
- Conduct 100+ outbound calls per day to existing and past members with the goal of driving renewals and retention.
- Clearly communicate the value of FoundersCard membership and its suite of benefits.
- Re-engage lapsed or inactive members through professional, persuasive conversation.
- Manage a daily pipeline of outreach and follow-up activity using CRM tools.
- Identify and act on opportunities to upsell or extend membership terms.
- Handle member feedback and objections with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and marketing to refine outreach strategies.

What we're looking for
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in outbound sales, account management, or retention-based roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics in a sales environment.
- Highly polished communication style - both verbal and written.
- Professional, confident phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment (in-office 4 days per week in our Spring, Texas office, remote 1 day per week).

$100,000 - $100,000 a year
Target Compensation $100k+ total annually. Base salary of $70k-$80k/year (depending on experience) plus uncapped monthly commission.
