Sales & Retention Supervisor Apprentice

Alpha is actively seeking a driven and coachable Sales & Retention Supervisor Apprentice to join our growing team. You’ll work directly with our Account Management Department, gaining hands-on experience in staff coaching, sales strategy, and customer retention, all while learning how to lead a high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Sales & Retention Supervisor Apprentice, you’ll play a dual role: supporting frontline customer and sales operations while also preparing to over see a team for us. Through daily mentorship, team collaboration, and real-world management experience, you'll master the skills needed to supervise a results-driven department focused on client satisfaction and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing a team of sales and account representatives
  • Participate in training and coaching of new team members
  • Support performance reviews, progress tracking, and goal setting
  • Engage with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
  • Implement retention strategies to maximize client loyalty and minimize churn
  • Monitor sales performance and suggest process improvements
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop team strategies and initiatives
  • Prepare to transition into a team lead role within 6–12 months
  • Support clients’ goals within sales and customer retention
