Lead Sales Representative

Roof It Forward

Cincinnati, OH

Full-time | W2 | $150,000–$300,000+ Annually


Roof It Forward is hiring a Lead Sales Representative to help grow the Cincinnati market.


This is a field-based roofing sales role for someone who can lead from the front!

As the market grows, this person will also help build, train, and support a high-performing sales team.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business through door knocking, canvassing, referrals, and self-generated leads
  • Meet with homeowners and guide them through the roofing/restoration process
  • Inspect properties, including climbing ladders and accessing roofs as needed
  • Manage jobs from first contact through completion
  • Use Salesforce to track leads, activity, customer communication, and performance
  • Identify target areas and help coordinate daily canvassing plans
  • Recruit, train, coach, and support future reps as the market grows
  • Work closely with leadership, production, and operations teams


What We’re Looking For

  • Door knocking or canvassing experience
  • Outside sales experience, preferably in roofing, restoration, construction, home services, or insurance restoration
  • Ability to manage jobs from start to finish
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to lead by example
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and working around roofing job sites
