Calm Water and Bath is seeking a full-time Lead Sales Rep to oversee and develop our sales operations throughout South Jersey. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $120,000 to $250,000/year (base salary + performance-based pay), with additional opportunities for bonuses tied to team growth and service excellence.

LEAD SALES REP SCHEDULE

The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some evening, night, and weekend hours may be required based on business needs and team support. Applicants are encouraged to specify their availability for these shifts during the application process. This role covers all of South Jersey and requires adaptability. We offer flexible work arrangements, including hybrid, in-office, onsite, or remote options.


YOUR DAY

As a Lead Sales Rep, you will be responsible for leading a team of Design Consultants and managing the sales process from the initial lead through contract signing. You will ensure that each homeowner receives a calm, professional, and trustworthy experience. Your daily responsibilities will include monitoring sales metrics using i360, conducting sales meetings and team huddles, and providing guidance to your team through structured coaching and regular field visits. You will also be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing high-performing sales representatives while upholding our standards for professionalism and brand integrity.


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in home improvement (one-day bath or remodeling preferred)
  • Experience managing 3 – 10 sales representatives
  • Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent
  • Driver's license and access to reliable transportation
  • Strong CRM skills, ideally with i360
  • Ability to drive revenue and protect gross margin
  • Structured, disciplined, and growth-minded approach
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Financial literacy and margin-conscious mindset
  • Ability to standardize sales processes and lead effective meetings
  • Positive attitude and strong commitment to culture and brand integrity
