Streamside Parks is focused on acquiring, improving, and operating RV Park Resorts amp; Campgrounds, primarily throughout the Southeast. With a focus on stable properties with long-term occupants and strategic, desirable locations, we strive to provide solid returns to our investors AND operate campgrounds that delight our residents and campers.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across a designated portfolio of RV parks and campgrounds within the Streamside Parks network. This role works closely with park managers and leadership to support brand visibility, guest engagement, and booking activity.
The Regional Marketing Manager leads digital marketing initiatives and ensures marketing campaigns align with company growth objectives and park-level operational goals.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including email marketing, online promotions, website updates, and social media campaigns
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns supporting seasonal promotions, park initiatives, and occupancy goals.
  • Work closely with Park Managers and District Managers to understand local market opportunities and support park-level promotions.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple parks to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Monitor marketing activities and provide insight into marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Support the development of marketing materials, promotional content, and digital marketing assets.
  • Partner with operations and leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives support the overall guest experience and business performance.

SKILL and EXPERIENCE:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a combination of education and commensurate experience.
  • 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably with exposure to digital marketing and campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and campaign management.
  • Experience supporting marketing initiatives in the hospitality industry and/or across multiple locations or brands preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and web-based marketing tools such as Hubspot and Birdeye.
