Mills Auto Group is seeking a high-performance Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing organization. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coach, develop, and inspire the sales team to exceed their goals.

  • Drive accountability and daily execution of key activities.

  • Build relationships with team members and customers alike.

  • Manage inventory – ordering, merchandising, and dealer trades.

  • Desk deals, manage gross logs, and RDR vehicles.

  • Train and assist the team in deal structuring, closing, and CRM best practices.

  • Work closely with the General Manager to hit all department objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED (minimum).

  • Proven track record in automotive sales management.

  • High-level communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

  • Strong understanding of inventory control and CRM tools.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.

  • Positive, professional, and performance-driven.

  • Strong work ethic, Teamwork mindset, integrity, moral character, and performance
