Four Oaks Senior Living is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee sales and marketing efforts across multiple communities, ensuring growth and success at Four Oaks Senior Living.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership: Oversee the sales and marketing strategies for 2 or more senior living communities, driving occupancy and promoting the unique offerings of each community.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents, families, referral sources, and community partners to generate leads and increase awareness.
  • Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing initiatives, including events, outreach programs, and digital campaigns to attract new residents.
  • Lead Management: Manage the lead pipeline, track progress through CRM systems, and ensure timely follow-up to convert inquiries into move-ins.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess sales performance, set achievable goals, and create strategies to meet or exceed occupancy targets across all assigned communities.
  • Team Support: Work closely with community leadership and the sales team at each community to provide guidance, mentorship, and sales training, ensuring a high-performance culture.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and occupancy metrics, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about local market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to help position the communities for success.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process, maintaining a positive reputation within the community and industry.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing within the senior living or healthcare industry (required)
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and driving occupancy growth
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple communities and projects effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Yardi preferred and Microsoft 365
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
  • Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly
