Job Summary:
The Operations Executive Assistant will add value to the organization through administrative support, communication, data analysis, and reporting.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • None
Administrative Support & Communication
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management to support the Operations team.
  • Monitor ongoing projects and follow up on deadlines and deliverables to ensure project completion.
  • Serve as a point of contact and liaison between the EVP of Loan Operations and the VP of Loan Operations and the Operations department.
  • Assists the EVP of Loan Operations and VP of Loan Operations with emails and written communication as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for team activities, training sessions, and events.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Generate weekly sales scorecards to help monitor performance and identify training opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Provides reports through office applications and offers solutions to improve business processes.
  • Assists with auditing the bills to ensure accurate expense reporting.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Attend all meetings and training courses as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
  • Two years of experience reporting to the Executive/C-suite level executives
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Completed some college with related experience.
  • Outgoing and decisive with a strong attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
