Production Access Group Inc is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Project Coordinator to join our team in Lake Forest, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting sales initiatives and keeping projects moving from start to finish. Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage sales projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Support the sales team with proposals, quotes, and client communications
  • Track project status, update CRM systems, and maintain accurate sales records
  • Liaise between sales, operations, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and sales documentation for internal and client-facing meetings
  • Monitor order fulfillment and follow up on outstanding items to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
