Customer Support Specialist Vaco is partnering with a well-established, employee-focused organization to hire a Customer Support Specialist. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers and vendors while supporting internal teams to ensure projects are scheduled, coordinated, and completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and vendor inquiries Prepare quotes and job documentation Coordinate with project managers, drivers, and field staff to schedule and execute work Ensure accuracy and timeliness of job setup and communication Maintain clear, professional communication via phone and email Support overall operations by helping resolve issues and keeping projects on track What Makes You a Great Fit: Comfortable communicating professionally via phone and email Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically Ability to learn and retain complex information and processes Collaborative mindset with the ability to also work independently Highly organized with strong time management skills Calm under pressure and adaptable in a changing environment Proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to ask questions Qualifications: 2+ years of related business or customer support experience Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt to evolving priorities Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
