SUMMARY:

The Manager, Sales Operations partners with the Sales team to manage the business with data. This role will track sales pipeline to identity opportunities and threats, reporting and modeling, and provide key forecasting and analytical insights to drive business decisions.

If residing within commutable distance to one of our offices, a hybrid schedule would be required (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). Remote work may be considered for those outside of commutable distance to an office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This pivotal role requires a dynamic individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and possesses a diverse skill set to manage various operational tasks, streamline processes, and drive efficiency within the organization
  • The sales operations manager manages support functions essential to sales force productivity. These include planning, reporting, sales process optimization, sales technology optimization, sales program implementation, and sales compensation administration
  • Provide weekly / monthly reporting and analysis related to pipeline trends, key metrics and KPIs, and support of ad hoc strategic analyses.
  • Develop Gap to Goal analysis to evaluate Sales Performance to Quota, coupled with business insights/recommendations to Sales Leaders and executive leadership.
  • Identify business process and workflow improvements to drive operational efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain AI-powered agents for the sales team to automate processes, improve user adoption, increase operational efficiency, and deliver data-driven insights that support sales performance.
  • Assist with Sales Comp design, territory planning, account assignments, quota setting and sales productivity reporting as appropriate.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & TRAINING:

  • Demonstrates immaculate attention to detail and an ability to triangulate various data sources as a validation step to accuracy.
  • Possesses a natural intellectual and systems curiosity with respect to CRM, financial systems, and analytics.
  • Quick learner who can analyze an issue from a business, finance, and IT perspective.
  • Highly proficient at working with large amounts of data and translating to a story with recommendations.
  • Strong cross-functional and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years' experience in Finance, Sales Operations, Sales or a related function.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in managing and leading team at the supervisory/manager level
  • CRM proficiency required, preferably SFDC or MSFT Dynamics
  • Snowflake proficiency required
  • BI tools familiarity preferred, ideally Tableau or MS Power BI

The salary range for this position is $132,000 - $156,000 per year
