Job description

We are seeking a driven, strategic, and relationship-focused Territory Sales Manager to lead growth across Oregon. This role is responsible for expanding market share within acute and non-acute healthcare markets while strengthening and growing an established customer base.

The ideal candidate is a high-performing healthcare sales professional who thrives in competitive environments, builds long-term partnerships, and consistently exceeds revenue targets. This position also provides leadership and mentorship to up to three Associate Sales Representatives.

Key Responsibilities

Territory Growth & Strategy

· Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual territory business plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.

· Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across:

· IDNs and healthcare systems

· Hospitals and urgent care centers

· Orthopedic groups and private practices

· Physical therapy, occupational health, podiatry, and specialty clinics

· Third-party wholesale distributors

· Leverage GPO and payer contracts to maximize sales opportunities.

· Protect and grow existing accounts while converting competitive business.

Account Management

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders.

· Develop and execute strategic call plans to drive measurable results.

· Conduct product presentations, in-services, and demonstrations using consultative sales techniques.

· Address customer concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Sales Operations

· Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline, leads, and account activity.

· Manage territory coverage efficiently to maximize productivity.

· Demonstrate responsible use of company resources.

Leadership & Mentorship

· Provide guidance, coaching, and sales direction to Associate Sales Representatives.

· Support team development and promote a collaborative, performance-driven culture.

Compliance & Professionalism

· Maintain awareness of healthcare regulations and reimbursement considerations.

· Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and code of conduct.

· Exercise professional judgment in all business interactions.

Qualifications

Education

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience required

Experience

· Minimum 3 years of outside B2B sales experience required

· Orthopedic sales and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) experience strongly preferred

· Medical sales experience strongly preferred

· Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and third-party payers preferred

Licensure

· Valid driver’s license required

· Reliable vehicle and current automobile insurance required

Skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Working knowledge of CRM systems

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent time management and territory planning skills

Travel Requirements

· Significant driving throughout Oregon

· Occasional overnight travel (monthly)
