What You'll Do:
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales goals • Create a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement aligned with Infinity's Perform Culture • Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and development conversations to maximize employee growth and results • Monitor sales performance, forecasting, pipeline health, and key performance metrics to drive business outcomes • Partner with senior leadership and clients to execute sales strategies and achieve revenue objectives • Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent while building a high-performing team culture • Analyze data and reporting to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and improve overall team performance • Recognize achievements, address performance concerns, and make sound decisions regarding employee development and performance management • Prepare and present performance updates, forecasts, and business insights to leadership • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned

• Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales and revenue goals through team leadership
• Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, performance reporting, and sales analytics
• Strong background in coaching, talent development, and performance management
• Experience working in a call center sales environment preferred
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods of time
• Occasionally lift up to 10 pounds, if needed
