About the Role
As a Territory Sales Manager (TSM), you'll own and grow your assigned territory by building meaningful relationships with dental professionals, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions from ZimVie's implant, restorative, digital, and biomaterial product lines.
This field-based role is ideal for high-energy, consultative sales professionals who thrive on hitting - and exceeding - goals.
What You'll Do
  • Drive strong sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing accounts
  • Educate clinicians and dental teams on ZimVie products and their proper use
  • Build trusted relationships with clinicians, labs, and office personnel
  • Create and execute a strategic territory business plan
  • Coordinate and lead local programs, events, and trainings to drive demand and build brand loyalty
  • Use tools such as Salesforce CRM to manage your territory and maximize opportunities
  • Represent ZimVie at regional and national trade shows and education events
  • Follow all company policies, compliance regulations, and safety standards

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3+ years of proven sales success, ideally with overachievement
  • B2B or healthcare sales experience preferred (not required)
  • Formal sales training (PSS, Challenger, etc.) is a plus
  • A high level of initiative, professionalism, and customer-first mindset
  • Will consider commensurate education and experience

Travel
  • Up to 95% travel, primarily within the territory (mostly by car)
  • Overnight or air travel may be required depending on territory needs (0-20%)
