Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and active participation with the sales team to enhance closing techniques
  • Manage all showroom activities to ensure smooth operation and high performance from a large sales team
  • Engage with customers directly to assess needs, discuss vehicle options, and support sales staff in finalizing deals
  • Conduct the hiring, motivation, and performance monitoring of all new and pre-owned vehicle sales employees
  • Conduct daily and weekly meetings focused on sales and continuous sales training
  • Mentor both new and seasoned sales representatives in best practices to boost performance and sales effectiveness
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance metrics of sales staff
  • Assist in the creation and execution of advertising campaigns and promotional event's
  • Implement and maintain a CRM system to guarantee follow-up on all potential buyers, ensure timely respones to customers
  • Set up delivery protocols, ensuring customers are introduced to the service department and scheduled for their initial service appointment
  • Forecast monthly and annual goals for sales volume, gross profit, and key expenses
  • Attend meetings as requested
