Description
The Inside Sales Representative supports revenue growth by managing inbound quote requests, helping clients with product and service changes, and driving outbound upsell activity across existing accounts. This person works closely with internal teams to provide accurate quotes, deliver strong customer service, and help capture day-to-day sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound sales requests and provide accurate, timely quotes for hardware, phones, carrier changes, and related add-ons.
  • Support existing clients with product upgrades, renewals, and service updates.
  • Execute outbound outreach campaigns to identify upsell opportunities and generate revenue from existing accounts.
  • Track quotes, activities, and follow-up tasks in CRM and sales systems.
  • Work closely with Procurement, Marketing, and Service Delivery to ensure smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail, follow quoting standards, and meet activity and performance goals.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • 2+ years of inside sales, sales support, or customer-facing sales experience.
  • Experience working with technology, telecom, managed services, or related products is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort using CRM and quoting tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ConnectWise, or similar platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with quotes, pricing, and order coordination.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and proactive client outreach.
  • Experience in telecom, MSP, cybersecurity, or IT-related sales environments.
  • Knowledge of quoting processes, margin awareness, and order management.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
