Domain Architect - Sales & Marketing Platforms (Telecom / BSS)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Domain Architect to lead the design and evolution of Sales and Marketing platforms within a telecom (MSO) environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in BSS systems, enterprise architecture, and cloud-native technologies, with the ability to align technical solutions with business goals across customer-facing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture Leadership
  • Define and evolve end-to-end architecture for Sales & Marketing systems
  • Establish architecture standards, principles, and best practices
  • Align domain architecture with enterprise architecture strategy
Solution Design & Domain Expertise
  • Develop deep understanding of:
    • Sales & Marketing workflows
    • Customer lifecycle journeys (B2C / B2B)
  • Design solutions that:
    • Minimize duplication
    • Maximize reuse of existing platforms
  • Guide teams on extending vs building new capabilities
Cloud & Modern Architecture
  • Design cloud-native, distributed systems
  • Promote:
    • API-first architecture
