Job description

Overview
Lutron is seeking a Sales Services Manager to drive service excellence and operational effectiveness across Japan. This role is responsible for leading all service-related functions and ensuring that service is a key differentiator in winning and growing business.
Supporting Lutron's three core segments in Japan: Commercial, Hospitality, and Luxury Residential. This role partners closely with the sales organization to enhance customer experience, strengthen Lutron's reputation, and ensure seamless execution across the project lifecycle.
The Sales Services Leader owns the performance, alignment, and continuous improvement of all service functions, while enabling the sales team to stay focused on growth.
Responsibilities
  • Lead all service functions to deliver consistent operational excellence
  • Drive high-quality service execution across all project segments
  • Partner with sales to enable focus on core business growth
  • Own cross-functional issue resolution and process improvement
  • Build and nurture strong customer and partner relationships
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the Japan service team
  • Oversee end-to-end service performance and continuous improvement
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience and satisfaction
  • Manage service operations and project lifecycle support
  • Champion service as a key market differentiator
  • Align service delivery with global quality standards

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of professional experience in service, operations, or a related function
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English
  • Experience in construction, infrastructure, or project-based environments is preferred
