Our Americas Distribution & Service Division (ADSD) provides governance and administration of Cat® dealers across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.
As the Strategy Execution Manager you will be responsible for driving planning, organizational alignment, and strategy execution across various projects and initiatives in the ADSD Center of Excellence (COE). You will lead projects by collaborating with internal business partners to establish and recommend capabilities and processes for Cat dealers to align with Caterpillar's strategy.

What You Will Do:
  • Drive strategic initiatives and cross-functional alignment by partnering with internal stakeholders and Cat dealers to identify industry trends, capture Voice of the Dealer (VOD) and Voice of the Business (VOB) and define capabilities.
  • Lead and execute high-impact projects, including Technology Adoption initiatives, that are critical to departmental and enterprise objectives, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities. This includes dealer-facing readiness, onboarding, and support across the lifecycle.
  • Develop dealer capability tools and assessments to drive technology excellence and leadership with customers.
  • Apply disciplined project management practices by collaborating with stakeholders, coaching them on roles and responsibilities, and ensuring effective execution across initiatives.
  • Develop and manage performance metrics and dashboards to track capability and performance outcomes, inform decision-making, and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Serve as point of contact for the ADSD Business Insights team to help facilitate insights requests to shape business direction.
  • Manage operating cadence including leadership communications, business reviews, and strategic updates to drive alignment and readiness across the organization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support evolving business needs.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant professional work experience may be considered in lieu of formal degree.
  • Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience leading projects using structured methodologies, with strong proficiency in project management tools and processes. Ability to facilitate projects, lead chartering sessions, and execute complex projects from start to finish.
  • Industry Experience: Familiarity with industrial markets, original equipment manufacturing (OEM), or distribution network management is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Capability: Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, synthesize insights, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated success collaborating across diverse teams, building alignment, and influencing stakeholders through clear communication to drive execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Digital & Technology Leadership: Knowledge and experience with Cat Technology products and principles.
  • Field Experience: Prior field-based experience working with Caterpillar dealers and various types of customers.
