About the Role

KASIM is seeking a highly driven Sales Execution Manager to lead and optimize field sales execution across multiple sales channels. This role will be responsible for ensuring strong in-store execution, route optimization, sales growth, product positioning, and operational discipline within the commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

โ€ข Design and execute sales execution strategies for direct store delivery (DSD) operations.
โ€ข Lead and manage field sales teams, supervisors, and merchandising execution.
โ€ข Monitor KPIs related to sales performance, coverage, inventory rotation, and execution effectiveness.
โ€ข Ensure proper execution at the point of sale, including product display, pricing, promotions, and assortment.
โ€ข Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and propose action plans to improve commercial performance.
โ€ข Coordinate promotional activities and product launches with cross-functional teams.
โ€ข Optimize sales routes, territory coverage, and operational productivity.
โ€ข Develop and coach commercial teams to ensure high performance and accountability.

Qualifications

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
โ€ข 5+ years of experience in sales execution, commercial operations, or consumer goods industry.
โ€ข Strong experience managing sales teams and field operations.
โ€ข Knowledge of DSD operations and retail execution.
โ€ข Experience using Microsoft 365, Excel, and Power BI.
