Description

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Sales Enablement Manager will play a critical role in driving disciplined execution, insightful analysis, support and operational excellence across Ergodyne's sales organization. This role serves as a strategic business partner to sales leadership, translating data into clear insights, enabling smarter decisions, and supporting sustained, profitable growth.


This individual is both a systems-minded operator and a big-picture thinker, supporting the sales organization in total, analytics and reporting infrastructure, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools and processes that keep the sales team running effectively and efficiently.


Travel expectations are minimal, estimated 10%, with infrequent trips throughout the year. This role is based in our St Paul office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays.


You have already accomplished (required):

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analysis, or Sales Support
  • 3+ years of people and/or team management
  • Deep experience with CRM platforms, sales portals, and business intelligence tools
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to executives
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and turn it into actionable recommendations

You may have already accomplished (preferred):

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing or other related field
  • QSSP Safety Sales Training or related Occupational Safety training

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Performance Analysis

  • Manages the Channel Support Team that partner with both the channel and field sellers in providing inside sales support
  • Support and help implement overall sales strategies through collaborative engagement with the organization
  • Direct the evaluation and interpretation of sales data that can focus the team on needs and opportunities within the established customer base
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks that inform decisions across the sales go-to-market

Reporting & Business Intelligence

  • Own and evolve sales reporting infrastructure using available tools to standardize, streamline, and improve insight for what we know today and what the business may need in the future
  • Lead the thought leadership of our reporting and system tools to inform and educate the sales team, current and new
  • Tools include Prophix for sales reporting, NetSuite for CRM and opportunity tracking, and Inspectall // Workhorse for field assessments and audits

Sales Operations & Enablement

  • Support the sales team with the organization of selling documents and assets that are available to support our sales efforts
  • Maintain and distribute critical internal sales documents such as price lists, program materials, terms and conditions, and marketplace policies
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales and Finance on customer specific needs and/or issues
  • Support large sales initiatives and promotions that across all sales channels and segments
