We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team and help expand Trinity's visibility, connect with prospective customers, and drive growth across our target markets.

Work Location: 4100 W Galveston St #4, Chandler, AZ 85226
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $28 – $31/hour, depending on experience; commission eligible.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Development Representative:

Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify prospective accounts through research, cold calling, direct messaging, and other outreach strategies to generate new opportunities.

Market Insights: Provide ideas for new market opportunities, strategies, and campaigns.
Performance Metrics: Maintain KPIs for outreach, new leads, meetings, and overall sales growth.
Professionalism & Company Values: Represent Trinity in a positive manner in all communications, adhering to company policies, procedures, and core values.
Other Duties: Participate in ongoing training and development, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills of a Sales Development Representative:

Education / Experience: Experience in lead generation, marketing outreach, or sales; experience managing customer relationships or accounts; familiarity with technology/software for lead capture and outreach.
Skills & Aptitudes: Strong relationship management and customer service skills; ability to make cold calls, pursue leads, and build relationships; excellent research, business development, and analytical skills; knowledge of Adaptive Sales strategies; strong verbal and written communication skills; highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry; willingness to learn medical terminology related to donation and transplantation; must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record; ability to pass a drug/alcohol screening and background check; display integrity, initiative, perseverance, flexibility, teamwork, and empathy.
Physical & Mental Requirements: Ability to work under stress with interruptions and changing priorities; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; requires long periods of sitting and standing; night and weekend availability may be required at times.
