Job Description
Manager of Sales Development - Commercial leads a team of commercial segment focused sales development representatives directly. They are responsible for day-to-day management of their team including coaching, performance management, reporting and team quota attainment. They have successfully managed a high performing SDR team for at least 1 year.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
  • Lead and manage a high-performance team of SDR individuals and to drive business.
  • Enable your team to help grow a team of top performing SDRs
  • Act as conduit for Senior Leadership and execute strategy and direction through your teams.
  • Work closely with the SDR Managers to build training programs and productive go to market initiatives.
  • Provide and manage demand generation forecast for the team.
  • Work with marketing, sales, and channel to implement blitzes, contest and go to market initiatives for the team.

  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results
  • Knowledge of on-boarding and enablement activities for SDRs

The base salary range for this job family is 101,500 to 158,200 USD annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
