The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an entry level sales position and key contributor to the growth of the sales pipeline. This role focuses on identifying and engaging with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) through various outreach methods to generate qualified leads and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.

Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms, such as Zoom Info and LinkedIn a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Performance Objectives
  • Book 20 qualified discovery meetings per month with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
  • Complete 60 outbound activities per day (calls, emails, social touches), while maintaining 100% accuracy in CRM data entry and follow-up tracking.

Core Roles & Responsibilities
  • Cold calls to Food Beverage & Grocery Industry
  • Book discovery meetings for the Enterprise Accounts team
  • Generate call lists and reports
  • Become a master at the 30-second commercial

Responsibilities
  • Lead generation
  • Outbound sales and marketing activity
  • Book discovery meetings for the Territory Sales or Enterprise Sales teams by generating qualified leads and opportunities
  • Independently build and manage call lists, ensuring a consistent flow of new prospects into the pipeline.
  • Maintain and nurture lead pipelines in accordance with Kattsafe's sales and marketing strategy
  • Strategically identify and engage Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) through personalized and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Leverage a diverse mix of outreach channels; cold calling, email campaigns, virtual events and webinars, social media engagement, additional emerging channels tailored to the targeted audience preferences.
  • Continuously refine outreach tactics based on performance data, feedback, and evolving market trends.
  • Become a master of the 30-second commercial and outreach sales strategies per the Kattsafe sales play book

Pay Range
$50,000.00 Annually to $60,000.00 Annually
