Sales Development Representative
Controlled Holdings, an award-winning manufacturer of HVAC controls, is currently seeking a self-driven and highly motived Sales Development Representative for our iO HVAC Controls division.

In this hybrid position, you will provide support to the Outside Territory Manager in the Great Plains Territory. You will source leads, cultivate relationships with current and potential clients, and provide a solutions-based approach to sales opportunities.

What you will do:
  • Identify, research, qualify, and document (in the CRM) prospective customers
  • Source leads via phone prospecting, social media, e-mail, professional networking, and strategic use of marketing collateral
  • Effectively manage a healthy pipeline to convert solid leads into landed accounts
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers to coordinate sales calls and set appointments
  • Develop an understanding of our business model and what constitutes a good customer opportunity
  • Assist with marketing activities and support campaigns
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM
  • Enter and follow-up on customer orders
  • Design and execute a business development strategy for each account that provides continuous, profitable growth
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Demonstrate solid decision-making skills and prioritize business needs accordingly
  • Utilize customer feedback to drive product and marketing changes
  • Effectively collaborate with all division stakeholders
