We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to join our Group and and support our Temperature and System Products team members in driving World Class Excellence within our organization. We support the sales teams with innovative products that fit perfectly within our core industries in the Midwest Region of the USA.

Which tasks will you perform? 

You will: 

  • Proactively generate and execute plans and initiatives to expand new and current customer base within the industry
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues on identifying and aligning activities with our sales centers, channel partners and representatives ensuring development aligns with stakeholder strategies
  • Establish milestones and performance indicators to ensure strategies and initiatives are beneficial and value added for all stakeholders.
  • Creation of sales orientation and plans to increase customer expansion and penetration
  • Qualify and approach prospective customers
  • Assist with negotiation of commercial and pricing terms with sales centers, channel partners, OEMs and other partners ensuring growth in industries
  • Assist with technical product and industry training
