Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to grow aggregate sales and market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and customer service teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, manage customer accounts, and maintain accurate sales records.

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted customer relationships and drive business growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Business acumen with the ability to analyze market conditions and identify opportunities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Work Environment

  • Regular travel within the assigned territory to visit customers, job sites, and company locations.
